the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and heated swimming pool, made the experience even more special. the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring all my needs were fulfilled. the restaurant offered an exceptional variety of special diet menus that were delicious.

the hotel attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful.

Courteous staff, great pool and sauna, delicious breakfast, spacious and comfy room with personal touches like bathrobes, slippers. Convenient location near a train station and easy travel to other parts of the city. a classy and elegant stay with enjoyable live music in the airy atrium.

It made my trip to Berlin a very nice experience...

Facilities were overall nice, nonetheless Wi-Fi was bad.

I loved the hotel, it was big and exceptionally clean, location was top right next to the railway station. The bed was comfy, the room was not only fabulous, but also brand-new. Irish bar was comfortable and reasonably priced.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the fact that there was a pool where we could relax and cool off after a day of exploring.

The lack of variety in the room service menu, we felt limited in our options. the gym facilities could have been better equipped.

Everything was great, GENUINELY HELPFUL staff, unbeatable location just next door to shops as well as TV Tower. They made my stay fantastic.

We had a superb view of the city from our room on the higher floor. The location was great, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for our small family.

Despite being disabled, I found the hotel's excellent location next to public transportation and attractions very convenient. Restaurants, shops, and the Brandenburg Gate were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. The highlight was the fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of food options.

This hotel is ideally located near a major train station, making transportation in the area very convenient. There are also numerous cafes, supermarkets, and stores nearby. The hotel offers great value for the price, with comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. Guests can enjoy a wood floor and air conditioning in some rooms.

There were some minor issues with the room, such as worn-out pillows or a lack of tissues in the room, but these did not impact our stay too much.
